The Silstar Ardent is a feature packed spinning reel fit for the rigors of Australian fresh and saltwater fishing. Built on a strengthened, lightweight graphite body and rotor, the Adroit will have the strength and support needed to tackle the biggest fish. A aluminium braid ready spool sports a multi-disc oiled felt drag system that performs with low start up and is consistent throughout the maximum range. 4 stainless steel ball bearings and an infinite anti-reverse bearing work in conjunction with the CNC machined aluminium handle to deliver a consistent and solid feel. This is all topped off with an oversize, comfortable EVA ball knob for the ultimate in confidence!
